Context:​

Flowerfox is an e-commerce platform for local florists in Melbourne Australia. The website exists only since 2017 and needed a boost to spark brand awareness and generate more leads.

Problem: 

Due to big online retailers dominating Google, it's not easy for a new business to stand out. The main challenge was to find strategic keywords to push Flowerfox forward on search engines' ranking with a limited budget. 

Execution: 

  • Lead strategic development of Search Engine Marketing campaigns, using long tail keywords targeting customers per area. 

  • Improved the website ranking, traffic and brand awareness with Social Media Marketing.

  • Serve as liaison between IT and marketing departments; effectively define objectives, translate into technical specifications, and devise custom web solutions and desired functionality of an automation marketing strategy.
