NIV (Nouvelle Industrie du Vêtement) is a French fashion wholesaler specialised in women clothing and accessories.
Innovative, in 2013 NIV was one of the first fashion wholesalers in France with an e-commerce platform. Because fashion wholesalers receive more than 100 different items a week, it's not easy for them to have an e-commerce website and to keep it updated. Furthermore, in the wholesaler environment, most customer's relationships were very confidential and wholesaler’s clients weren’t used to order their items online.
In 2014, they hired to revamp their website and to develop their digital strategy.
How to design a website adapted to NIV customer's needs and change their purchasing habits?
Developed plan with the best user experience possible for the new wholesaler e-commerce website. Managed full project lifecycle: strategy, design, development, SEO, testing, and implementation.
Created product sheet & information packages including product descriptions, images and pricing. Provided unparalleled, outstanding, caring, personal, 'above-and-beyond' customer relationship management.
Developed a digital marketing strategy targeting the customers on Facebook, Instagram, discussion forums, etc.
Because of the special relationship between wholesalers and their customers, we implemented a mobile marketing strategy using Sendinblue.
Created an online loyalty program with newsletters, contests and rewards for customers
